SAIXIN insert magnets series are designed and developed for various embedded parts of precast concrete. During precast concrete production process, we need to embed various switch holes, pile holes and connection or lifting sockets. Using SAIXIN insert magnets to fix the embedded parts, magnets secure the parts against sliding and slipping. Our product are durable, cost-saving, easy-to-use and efficient.

Steel Recess Former Magnet is ideally designed for fixing lifting anchors on the side mound, instead of traditional rubber recess former screwing. The semi-sphere shape and the center screw hole make it easy to take off from the concrete panel when demolding. We have filled 1.3T, 2.5T, 5.0T, and 10T types for different sizes of lifting anchors. Additional rubber seals are also necessary to hold the anchor securely in the magnet hole in front of the groove.

Application of Steel Magnetic Anchor Former:

The steel body is made of solid material and features a high-performance magnet system that provides high-performance magnets for pre-formed steel mold head and foot anchors. When the pouring process is finished and the concrete has hardened sufficiently, the magnetic slot formers can easily be removed automatically or manually with magnetic force. Simply remove the rubber ring under the anchor head and the finished part can be lifted. Thoroughly clean dome lift armature magnet immediately after removal and apply mold release oil before each use.
