Magnetic Box Adaptor is a steel bracket for fixing the unit shuttering magnets to the steel panel when manufacturing precast concrete panel wall. The adapter is fixed with two screws on the magnetic box simply. It's customized to produce according to customers shutter system specifications.

It consists of a switchable NdFeB shuttering magnet unit, shell with magnetic block and fixing screws. The neodymium magnet and steel plate form a magnetic circuit with a strong attraction force, which is used to fix wooden or steel formwork. There is a control button on the top of the precast concrete magnet. When you press the button, this magnet uses the magnetic circuit holds the formworks firmly on the steel plate. When you turn off the button, you can easily change magnets' position. The two universal threaded holes on the top of the formwork magnet can be equipped with various adapters. You can use our products according to your needs.
Instructions for use of Shuttering Magnets
There is an switch button on the top of the shuttering magnets. At work state, press the button, magnet box fixed the shuttering on the platform firmly, Pull up the button with lever, magnet box is at closed state and can be moved.
(1) The suction of magnet box is based on thickness and smooth degree of the platform, the thicker and smoother the better. And lateral shear force depends on the suction of magnet box and the friction coefficient of the touching surface.
(2)Two screws on two sides of the magnet box can be connected with different adapter, fix different formworks, such as steel angle, steel channel, etc.
(3)LSC® magnet box is made of permanent neodymium magnets, In theory, if the MAX working temperature is below 80℃ and the magnet is not damaged or corroded, the suction will be lasted forever.
