LSC-Electric Permanent Magnetic Chucks for Milling Machine

Electric permanent magnet chuck is a new type of magnetic chuck which uses electric pulse to turn on and off magnetic force. Electric permanent magnet chuck does not need electric energy in its work, but only uses electric energy in 1-2 seconds of the process of magnetization and demagnetization, and does not use any energy in its work. The P LC interface can be controlled remotely by a computer to improve the degree of automation without heating or thermal deformation.

Product Details

Description of electric permanent magnetic chucks for milling machine:

1.Comprising 50mm*50mm poles with a force of 14-17kg/cm².

75mm*75mm poles with a force of 750 kgf for each pole.

2.It is possible to predetermine the force generated by counting the number of poles, work piece gripping at least 4 pole contact faces.

3.Controller do the Magnetizing or demagnetizing in 0.5~ 5 seconds.

4.Electric permanent magnetic chucks are tested for Slippering force, Waterproof test, Temperature rise test, Electrical & Demagnetizing tests
