Easy-to-clean magnetic grids are being used by more and more customers who need quick and easy metal contamination removal. It consists of multiple parallel arrayed magnetic tubes that are mounted in a frame to form a grid structure. The magnetic tubes are usually made of a strong magnetic material such as rare earth neodymium iron boron (NdFeB) and are wrapped with 304 or 316L stainless steel tubes. As the material passes through the grid, the ferromagnetic impurities are attracted by the magnetic tubes, thus achieving the separation of impurities. The grids of this product are all installed with an interlocking device. To clean the grids, remove them from the hopper, slide open the interlock, and slide out the internal magnetic tube. The metal fragments just fall out. This is a great feature for operators who clean the grid regularly and save downtime. Various magnetic strengths are available.

 · Standard magnetic grids are assembled with stainless steel frame and magnetic bars with a length of 25 mm diameter.

· The surface of the frame and magnetic bar, 304 or 316L stainless steel, has a good corrosion resisting property without and less pollution, can be fine polished and meet the standard of food or pharmacy industry.

· Standard working temperature ≤ 80℃, and maximum working temperature can reach 350℃ as required.· Easy-cleaning, grate with angle baffles or rod are available.

What is the Easy-Clean Magnetic Grate Hopper Magnet used for?

 Conventional screen magnets often struggle with trapped ferrous particles, requiring frequent removal and manual cleaning. The EasyClean Hopper Magnet solves this problem with a quick-release mechanism that allows the operator to remove and clean the bar in seconds. Its high-grade neodymium magnets ensure maximum capture of ferrous materials while maintaining a smooth material flow.

Magnetic racks are mounted or simply placed in storage rooms, drawer boxes, hoppers and other places to capture and remove iron filings, flakes and other metallic substances. Special attention is required for applications with highly abrasive materials.

The basic element of the housing-type magnetic screen separator is one or two rows of magnetic screens (composed of stainless steel tubes). As the material flows through the magnetic tubes, the very strong magnetic field (generated by the neodymium iron boron magnets inside the tubes) captures all metallic particles on the tube surface. The magnetic screens in the housing are placed one after another, with the upper set of tubes consisting of a tubeless. The screen screen created in this way has very close contact with the flowing material, captures even the smallest ferrous impurities and ensures extremely high separation efficiency. Captured metal contaminants are pushed to the underside of the tube where they are removed from contact with the product stream and prevented from being flushed back into the clean material.
