Based on the principle of rubber expansion, the rubber column lightly adheres to the inner wall of being stressed, and the fixing magnet that at the bottom is adsorbed on the mould pallet, so as to achieve the purpose of fixation.

According to the expansion degree of the rubber column, one rubber column can be used for different sizes of metal corrugate pipe, which greatly saves the using cost.

Maintenance And Safety Guidelines for Embedded Corrugated Pipe Fixing Magnet ：

(2) The touching surface should be kept clean and smooth.

(3) After using, clean the insert magnets. Max working and storage temperature should be below 80℃, and no corrosive medium around.

1.  Usually put 20pcs on each floor , 3 layers in one carton.

2. Each box is fixed with packing belt 

3. Usually use pallet and plastic film for wrap-up to secure the cargo inside safe and sound 

4. The outer frame is fixed with wooden case and ship out .
