The recess formers are used for easy attachment to the formwork. The rubber recess formed in the open position will be put over the anchor head. Closing the rubber recess former will fix the anchor tightly. Afterward, the recess former can be fixed to the formwork together with the anchor. Using these magnetic groove members eliminates the need to drill holes in the formwork to install screws or weld plates to the formwork. This magnetic-based process can significantly reduce form setup time and form reconfigurability, improving process efficiency and reducing production costs. The recess former is constant in shape even when heated up to 120℃ or in contact with oil. It can be used several times. To ease the identification of the load group, the formers are produced in different colors.

Magnetic Sheet Separator
In the metalworking industry, magnetic sheet separators - also called sheet fanners or spreading magnets - are used for the safe and damage-free magnetic separation and removal of single sheets from a stack of metal sheets. The sheet separators are positioned on the side of the stack of sheets and direct a magnetic flux into the sheets. This results in a homopolar magnetization of the sheets, which then repel each other. The topmost sheet can now be safely removed as a single sheet. Sheet separators are successfully used for both manual and automatic removal.
LSC Rubber Recess Former can be used multiple times. The load mark on the former is easy for identification of the load group. Different color also can be provided. A permanent thread stud with one wing nut to tighten against the form to hold the former securely.
Bullet Magnets
Bullet Magnet is composed of a powerful magnetic core shaped like a bullet and a circular stainless steel with a door. Due to special design, the bullet magnet is attached to the door. By quickly releasing the buckle and opening the door, it is very easy to clean and is an effective device for removing iron containing impurities from dry powder or gravity particle material streams in pneumatic production lines. The bullet head permanent magnet has a powerful bullet shaped ferrite core. They are suitable for filtering medium to large iron containing pollutants from high-capacity crude free fall bulk streams.

The magnetic Bar is the basic element of the grate magnet, magnetic drawer, magnetic liquid traps, and magnetic rotary separator.

Suspended plate Magnets are designed for effective tramp metals extraction from the high-volume material by Installation above Conveyors. Using big size ferrite and properly designed configuration ensure the tramp iron can be taken from thick layer material flow by heavy duty plate. For fine metal powders in thin layer material flow, light duty plate made of rare earth magnet is available also.
