Magnetic Separators

Magnetic pulley, also referred as pulley magnet, is generally installed on the end of conveyer belt and suit very well to automatic separation of iron scuff, plate, block or other ferromagnetic material in large batch of dry material like grain, mineral, gravel, plastic, wood, cullet and wastage. Magnetic pulley can utilize either sintered ferrite magnets or rare earth permanent magnets. The maximum magnetic field strength can reach 15000 Gauss. The surface material of magnetic pulley can select from 304 and 316 stainless steel which has excellent corrosion resistance and no pollution. Both ends of pulley magnet can connect with electric motor. Magnetic pulley can form an automatic separation system after combining with the conveyer belt.

Half Magnetic Drum Half Magnetic Drum is also named half magnetic roller which is composed of a revolving round stainless steel cover and a shaft to generate a half disc (180 degree) stationary magnetic field . An automated separating system is formed if the drum is driven by a motor.

Magnetic Grill Magnetic Grill Also known as the hopper magnetic grill.Hopper magnets are useful in many different magnetic separation applications. Magnetic Sheet Separator In the metalworking industry, magnetic sheet separators - also called sheet fanners or spreading magnets - are used for the safe and damage-free magnetic separation and removal of single sheets from a stack of metal sheets. The sheet separators are positioned on the side of the stack of sheets and direct a magnetic flux into the sheets. This results in a homopolar magnetization of the sheets, which then repel each other. The topmost sheet can now be safely removed as a single sheet. Sheet separators are successfully used for both manual and automatic removal.  

Bullet Magnets Bullet Magnet is composed of a powerful magnetic core shaped like a bullet and a circular stainless steel with a door. Due to special design, the bullet magnet is attached to the door. By quickly releasing the buckle and opening the door, it is very easy to clean and is an effective device for removing iron containing impurities from dry powder or gravity particle material streams in pneumatic production lines. The bullet head permanent magnet has a powerful bullet shaped ferrite core. They are suitable for filtering medium to large iron containing pollutants from high-capacity crude free fall bulk streams.

Magnetic rod Magnetic rods are constructed with strong permanent magnets with a stainless steel shell. Either round or square shape bars are available for customers' requirements for special applications. A magnetic Bar is used for removing ferrous contaminants from free-flowing material. All the ferrous particles like bolts, nuts, chips, and damaging tramp iron can be caught and held effectively. So it provides a good solution of material purity and equipment protection. The magnetic Bar is the basic element of the grate magnet, magnetic drawer, magnetic liquid traps, and magnetic rotary separator.

Suspended plate Magnets are designed for effective tramp metals extraction from the high-volume material by Installation above Conveyors. Using big size ferrite and properly designed configuration ensure the tramp iron can be taken from thick layer material flow by heavy duty plate. For fine metal powders in thin layer material flow, light duty plate made of rare earth magnet is available also. Supplied with deep mounting tapped holes in the back of plate or four eye bolts, these plate magnets can be rigidly mounted with threaded bolts or suspended by eye bolts using cable or chain systems.

Exposed Pole Plate Separators The Plate Magnet Separator is engineered for installation within chute separators or directly into the conveying process, allowing for either in-line or suspended configurations. The most common placements are beneath the conveying material, hanging above the conveyor belt, or positioned at the end of the conveyor line.
