Magnetic Chamfer

Magnetic Urethane Chamfer are one of the most versatile accessories in the precast concrete industry. They can handle extreme working conditions. They are designed to create beveled edges in the corners of concrete siding, as well as some formwork. Two types of polyurethane durometers are commonly used: 60 Shore hardness and 90 Shore hardness. They come in several different sizes and can be fully customized to meet the specific requirements of the manufacturer.

Magnetic Chamfer strips are used to create chamfers during the precast concrete process. When using side forms without chamfers, if chamfers are required, chamfer magnetic strips can be used flexibly. The chamfering strip has high strength, does not slip, and is not easily deformed. It is embedded with strong magnets such as ammonium iron boron and can be accurately positioned at any position of the bottom mold or side mold.
