The Double tilting permanent magnetic chuck can be inclined at angles from both the X and Y ax,grinding and shaping of workpieces from two opposing directions. It achieves a parallelism of 0.005mm, with the balancing rod and base having undergone heat treatment and 55-degree polished hardening. The two-way angle adjustment design ensures high precision, and the chuck body utilizes smaller steel wires, making it ideal for processing smaller workpieces. The adjustable angle range is 0-45 degrees, with a parallelism of 100mm/0.005mm and a hardness of HRC55. It is suitable for precision grinding of single-sided angles on various surface grinders, engraving machines, wire cutting machines, and EDM machines.
